Thank you for choosing Align ("Align", "we", "us", or "our") to assess and enhance your organization. By purchasing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before accessing our tools and resources.

1. Purchases and Access

1.1. Align offers access to surveys and assessments through the purchase of seats, each granting one user access to results from a specific survey.

1.2. Purchased seats provide access to the survey results for a duration of 12 months from the date of purchase.

1.3. Access to purchased surveys and results is non-transferable and restricted to assigned users.

1.4. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, or distributing any part of the surveys or related proprietary materials.

2. Use of Service

2.1. Align grants you and your assigned users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the results of purchased surveys in accordance with these Terms.

2.2. Surveys and assessments are proprietary tools owned by Align, and users are granted access to the results only, not the surveys themselves.

2.3. The services are intended for professional use, specifically to provide data about the company, team, people or projects.

2.4. You agree not to use the services for unlawful purposes or in ways that disrupt, damage, or impair the service for others.

3. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

3.1. Surveys, assessments, and related materials are proprietary to Align and are protected under intellectual property laws. Align retains all ownership rights to the surveys and tools.

3.2. Users are granted access to the results of surveys only. The structure, content, and methodology of the surveys remain proprietary to Align.

3.3. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, reverse-engineering, or reproducing any aspect of the surveys, tools, or methodologies.

3.4. The insights and reports generated using Align tools are your intellectual property, derived from Align's proprietary systems.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, downloading, distributing, or disclosing any part of the surveys or proprietary content.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the surveys or underlying methodologies.
• Using any automated systems (e.g., robots, spiders, offline readers) to access proprietary content or results.
• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or unsolicited emails using Align's platform.
• Attempting to interfere with system integrity, security, or decipher transmissions to or from our servers.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations while using the service.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Purchases are non-refundable once access to the surveys has been granted or any seat has been assigned.

5.2. If no surveys have been accessed, you may request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of purchase.

5.3. Align reserves the right to cancel access to services in the event of violations of these Terms without refund.

6. Termination of Access

6.1. Access to survey results automatically terminates 12 months from the date of purchase unless renewed through additional seat purchases.

6.2. Align reserves the right to terminate access to services in cases of misuse, unauthorized access, or other breaches of these Terms.

7. Modification of Terms

Align reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
