Align is a research-based startup creating artificial brains — digital copies of people's expertise, know-how, and decision-making. Our goal is two-fold: help individuals create and license their own artificial brains to companies, and help organizations build intelligent networks of role-specific artificial brains.

Organizations use Align to create one artificial brain per role. These brains are filled with the history, context, knowledge, and experience of the role and the people who have held it. This helps solve problems like brain drain, onboarding, learning and development, and knowledge silos.

Imagine a simple scenario like a report. A manager needs a report about a project their team is working on with a few other teams. Instead of asking stakeholders, sending emails, and scheduling calls, the manager simply asks their own artificial brain — which connects with all the artificial brains in the organization that have relevant information. In minutes, the manager receives an updated report.

With a yearly license, organizations get:

• A network of interconnected artificial brains (one per role).
• The brain engine to activate organizational intelligence (allowing artificial brains to interact among them).
• Knowledge cores to train groups of artificial brains with organizational information and data (e.g., policies, processes) in one click and simple format.
• An L&D module to create corporate courses and assessments in simple steps about any topic (with or without help of AI) — not a traditional LMS, but the future of Learning & Development.
• Tools to update, manage, and transfer brains as people come and go.
• Customized dashboards.

The role's artificial brain stays. A new person in that role can connect to it, access key knowledge about the role, and get up to speed much faster — with context, not just instructions.

Yes. They can be updated weekly or monthly with quick voice notes, text, video, and other forms of information. Over time, each brain becomes smarter and more complete.

Yes. All data is encrypted and private. Organizations control who has access to each brain. Individuals will also control access when the personal version is released.

Not yet — but that's our next step. We're building the version of Align for individuals who want to create and license their own artificial brains.

We're working toward launching the first version of individual artificial brains in 2027, once we've reached our goal of onboarding thousands of organizations.

Let's say you're an expert in marketing automation. You train your artificial brain with your strategies, templates, and decisions. In the future, five or six companies can license your brain to guide their teams — while you earn monthly royalties. Your knowledge works 24/7, even if you're hiking, parenting, or retired early.

Deleting your Align account is a straightforward but irreversible process. Once you delete your account, all data associated with your organization, including artificial brains, knowledge cores, courses, surveys, assessments, and results, will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone, so please ensure you have exported any necessary information before proceeding.

To delete your Align account, log in, navigate to your profile settings, and select 'Delete my account.' This action will also delete all data associated with your organization, including surveys, assessments, and results. We recommend carefully considering this decision and ensuring that you have backed up or exported any critical information beforehand.
